| Notes for Peter Buckelew |
1783, 8 Mar, Middlesex Co., NJ; Inventory of Estate of Peter Bucklew, Sr: Saml Neilson conducted the inventory & valued the estate at slightly over 379 pounds. Included were notes against Seth Ellison, Wm ??Cameron, John Bloodgood, Peter Bucklew, John Bucklew, Francis Lotts (I think this should be "Letts"), Peter Bucklew, Lazarus Wilson, John Everson & John ?tone. The will was probated on 26 Apr 1783. Samuel Neilson & Thomas Stillwill ack before M Hude, in New Brunswick, that they had wit the will; and Obediah & Abram Buckelew were qualified to serve as Exex. Samuel Neilson ack he had conducted the inventory on 25 Feb 1785 before Robert Hude. Ref #6215-21L. From colpy of orig available through Gerry Green.1, pp 231-232.
Identified in his father's will as having a son, John Buckalew, who has a wife, Mary, with a daughter named Jeane Jones. |
