1776, 30 July; Will (probated 29 Mar 1777): Left bequest to his wife Mercy and his children, all named and identified as children of first wife, (unnamed) or second wife Mercy. Bequests to his brother Thomas and Thomas' sons David and Thomas', and daughters Effy and Mary. His executor was Abraham Buckalew, son of Peter.
